Sydney's Beaches
The city of Sydney is uniquely located and features 37 beaches that are all located within 30 minutes of the Sydney CBD. This vantage point of city and surf contributes to Sydney’s unique cosmopolitan and chic lifestyle.
With the Sydney stretch of coastline starting from Barrenjoey Head on Sydney's north shore and following south, the main beaches are: Palm Beach, Whale Beach, Avalon, Bilgola, Newport, Bungan, Mona Vale, Warriewood, Turimetta, Narrabeen, Collaroy, Dee Why, North Curl Curl, Curl Curl, Freshwater, Queenscliff, North Steyne and Manly. And momentarily south of Manly, Fairy Bower and Shelly Beach are located.
